You should plan to dedicate 10 – 12 hours per week. That includes live sessions, assignments, practice, and coaching. It’s a serious commitment, but it’s how we help you get real results.

Yes! The Lnx for Jobs program is delivered 100% online. All live sessions, mentorship, coaching, and apprenticeship work are fully remote, making it accessible from anywhere in the U.S.

If you complete the Lnx for Jobs program, you’ll be prepared to earn two key industry certifications:

  • CompTIA Security+
  • Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)

These certifications are highly respected in the IT industry and help boost your chances of landing a job in the field. You’ll receive full support and prep throughout the program to help you succeed.

Live classes are held from 7 PM to 9 PM Eastern Time (ET). While the time stays the same, the specific days of the week may vary between Monday and Friday depending on your program and cohort.

You’ll receive a full schedule after enrollment, so you can plan ahead and stay on track.

Ideally, we look for students who are in the Eastern Time (ET) zone or can comfortably adjust to it. Our program is designed to cater to students in the U.S., so all live sessions, support, and activities follow ET hours.

If you’re able to align with our schedule, you can still join the program and fully benefit from the experience.

Ansible Automation Track

The Ansible Automation Track is an extra training option after completing Linux Training and Apprenticeship. After finishing those, you can either:


  • Start your job search, or
  • Take the Ansible Automation Track to improve your skills and make your profile stand out.


This track teaches Ansible Automation and helps you prepare for Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) certification.

Taking this track can help you:

  • Stand out to employers.
  • Automate IT tasks.
  • Qualify for higher-paying DevOps and system admin roles.

The Ansible Automation track strengthens your job profile before applying.

To join the track, you need to have:

  • Completed Lnx for Jobs Training
  • Get your RHCSA and Security+

The track runs for 5 weeks of live training sessions, followed by a 6-week apprenticeship where you apply what you’ve learned in real-world projects, plus 3 weeks of certification preparation.

You’ll complete hands-on automation projects such as deploying virtual machines, configuring systems, setting up monitoring and alerting, and automating backup processes, all using Ansible.

No. This track is optional. You can choose to start your job search after completing your apprenticeship, or take this track to further strengthen your skills and job profile.
